Supply given and family names separately when available to improve matching across cultures.

Include date of birth and nationality when permitted—these materially reduce false positives.

Review list provenance, scores, and auxiliary attributes together. A high score with mismatched DOB may be a false positive.

Persist the vendor request identifier with your customer record for audit reconstruction.
