As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems

• Report any security vulnerabilities immediately

• Sanctions lists are constantly updated and may have processing delays
• Users are responsible for their compliance decisions and due diligence
• We are not liable for missed entities or compliance failures
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• Upon non-payment of fees
• For violation of these terms
• Data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
